Contractions??

Question

I will be 27 weeks this thursday and my tummy sometimes feels tight, and I get some mild cramping. I'm wondering if it's braxton hix contractions?

Sounds like it. I started getting them really early, like 17 weeks in the middle of the night. I would chug some water and they stopped. My doc wasn't too concerned but she said if they get painful or too frequent to come in
