does this mean 3 at once or 3 spread out ?

i have hives and i never took steroids before... i was freaking out that i took too many at once but it doesn’t say 3x a day it says take 3 with food. so will i be ok on 60mg at once ? i started to feel anxious but also my anxiety is really bad. sorry if i sound like a worry wart.

The instructions on the bottle says to take 3 tablets with food in the morning. 
If you want clarification, call the pharmacy that dispensed it.

See I only take it if needed by Doctors but I didn't have any normal hives but talk with your doctor's I know mine said up to 3 if needed when I was having episode before it got bad

I’m going to give you a heads up, prednisone will make you gain weight. I got a weird rash from walking on grass with flip-flops and it started at my feet and by the time it got up to my belly they had to put me on several rounds of different strengths of prednisone and I gained 60 pounds in a two month span. I swelled up. The picture says morning so it sounds like 3 in the morning always take medication with food unless it specifically says not to. But just to put your mind at ease I would call the pharmacy and ask.
