Has any one else been experiencing crazy constipation??

I haven’t gone in over a week... haven’t even had a single urge to do so. I’ve been drinking a ton of water, eating foods high in fiber, taken stool softeners, and even drank prune juice as a last resort (which was the worst effing thing ever) and still nothing..

not gonna lie I’m starting to freak out. Annnnd my belly button is starting to pop out.

I’m only 8 weeks so I know that’s not right.

I have an appointment on the 17th but that’s too long of a wait 😭😭
