Confused on the pill

I’ve had quite the month. I had a week of spotting prior to my period (sugar pill week) and a full blown period on my sugar pill week! I’ve been on the pill quite a while and it hasn’t done this since I first started it. It’s been 3 days since my period has ended and I’ve started to take my active pills again, to see a lot of discharge, honestly similar to ovulation discharge!! Should I be concerned? Any suggestions y’all? Thank you 💗
