KYLEENA IUD SYMPTOMS

So I got my kyleena IUD exactly a week ago (Feb 2). The insertion barely hurt, it’s didn’t even feel like a cramp, just pressure and the rest of the day was like slight discomfort. I’m experiencing some symptoms but not sure if this is normal or I’m overthinking. I had some spotting a few days after, started off red, then became brown, and now it’s black. I also noticed my discharge has a stronger odour than usual (not sure if that’s just bc of the blood/spotting). I almost never get cramps, not even on my period but today I experienced painful cramping in my lower back and like uterus/abdomen that I had to take an ibuprofen. Ladies is this normal to experience after insertion?

Also, how long until I can expect the regular side effects such as weight gain or acne?
