Adapting to a healthier lifestyle
I made a post about trying to be more active. I know to see weight loss I should be eating healthier and in a calorie deficit. I think it’s hard to start all at once because I usually find myself quitting after one week. Although I started week 1 by exercising 30min-1hr a day. This week I’m trying to eat when I want to, but knowing to portion better. Sometimes I’ll hate myself when I eat something “bad”. I kind of don’t want to keep putting myself down and creating a bad relationship with food over time. I think it’s common to start the day doing great but at night you still feel hungry and end up binging :// any tips on how to still have the food you love and lose weight? Is portion control and just more activity a good start? I don’t want to discourage myself because I know it takes time to see results
