So I always get sore boobs around ovulation and it lasts until my period.

Does this happen as soon as you ovulate, a couple of days after you ovulate or before you ovulate?

So my boobs have just started hurting (only slightly today but I know it’ll get worse) I was having really bad, horrible cramping on my right side last night, literally like something was twisting in my stomach. I thought it was appendicitis or something and it lasted for a count of hours. Could that have been a ovulation? It says I’m supposed to ovulate in 3 days...
