My eye has had a weird feeling for the past week, like a pressure or heaviness. Its also a bit blurry when i look long distance. I sometimes get a headache above it as well.

Ive been to an eye doctor and they said its eye strain, but it doesnt feel like that and its been doing this even when i havent been using my phone or watching tv.

Nothing seems to make it go away not even rest.

Has anyone experienced this?
