I’ve missed a whole period ! Missed a whole month for the first time & im only 20. Pregnancy test was negative this is going on 42 days now? Should i be worried? Please someone let me know!😭

Yes I’ve missed a whole month as well and my cycles are like clockwork even thought they are irregular.. I have never missed a cycle even finding out I have PCOS 🤷🏽‍♀️ and it runs in my family with the females
