i recently found out i’m pregnant, guessing about 6 weeks. I went to the doctor because i was spotting yesterday and my hcg was only 360 and the only thing that was seen in the ultrasound was a cyst on my left ovary.

my doctor said i’m either not as far along as i thought or having a miscarriage, and sent me home.

when i got home i started bleeding badly and passing large clots, but was told it could be from the transvaginal ultrasound. i’m just so lost and scared and confused someone please tell me if you think this sounds like i’m miscarrying. i have no answers and i’ve been A MESS siting here wondering if my baby is okay and i just need some guidance
