10 day old poo? Blood+mucus

Baby is 10 days old, breast and formula feed, seems very constipated and this is what he’s gotten out after crying in pain.. should I be concerned? Solid,mucus&bloody

I’d let your doctor know, that’s very hard for a newborn poop.

Yes this isn’t normal the babies poop shouldn’t be this hard or bloody. Most likely it’s the formula.

Too solid for a baby this young. I'd call the doctor. The brand of formula may be making him a little constipated

Definitely talk to babies doctor. Newborn poops should be a lot softer then that, almost liquid like. 
Baby could be reacting to the formula and you need to switch brands or something your earring from the breast milk and you may have to switch your diet.
