Is my body okay?

I’ve been on birth control pills for 7 months, and I always get my period when taking the sugar pills at the end of the packet, I still have one more week left in my packet of regular pills before I get to my sugar pills & about 2 days ago I started spotting I guess you could say, I only bleed when I wipe & once a couple drops got on my panties. I’ve never missed a pill so I don’t think I’m pregnant, but I’m not sure if that’s normal or not, ive never had it happen before & I was wondering if anyone could help me out to figure out what’s going on with my body or if anyone has experienced this , thankful for any help or information I get! The birth control I am on is Lutera
