Anyone else having issues with high heart rate? This is literally just from me walking from my office at home to our kitchen on the same floor. It’s been like this for about one week and let me tell you- I’m exhausted. Called my OB when it first started and they literally told me, “this could be normal but since it’s new... talk to your primary care. We don’t have any available appt’s.” 🤯 I did go see my PCP but there wasn’t a ton she could do other than an EKG and blood work.

I of course feel out of breath at 31 weeks pregnant and I can definitely tell my heart is racing, and I’ve manually checked my HR to verify. BP has been a little wonky but nothing insane (highest was 138/88 and my normal is 114/70’s). Baby is moving around fine, but just makes me worry what this high heart rate could be doing. My next OB appt is next Wednesday, so I’ve been taking it as easy as I can until then!
