After a year of trying, I was diagnosed with PCOS back in July of 2018 and started my first round of letrozole shortly after to conceive my daughter who was born in June of 2019. After she was born we decided not to use any sort of birth control it’s been over 19 months since her birth and I have been having a consistent cycle and have been taking Myo-inositol and D-Chiro Inositol for ovarian health.

I was wondering if anyone got pregnant without using letrozole to conceive the 2nd time? We are trying to decide if we should try any longer unassisted or if we should go straight for the medication? Has anyone had to use medication and then conceived naturally the second time?
