I’ve been EBF since my LO was born, just a little over 3 months now and have never had any issues. I’m not doing anything different but for the last 2 days my right breast is constantly full and I’m getting only slight relief when he feeds, I’ve even pumped just to drain it out and it is still staying huge! Today I woke up and could actually see lumps under the skin, it does go down when he eats, but it’s never a satisfying enough feeling. I’ve tried a hot shower and massage. There’s no redness , and it’s only slightly painful, I thought maybe I’m overproducing on this side but i haven’t been favoring either side so not sure why this is happening now.

He is nursing fine on both sides, but this one breast is just filling up and blowing up so fast !

What is going on?!
