AWFUL back pain 14 weeks

Hey everyone I am 14 weeks about to be 15 I’m just wondering if anyone has ever gotten in the hot tub in the second trimester ? I have the worst back pain and I feel like that would help. I keep reading where you can’t get in the hot tub in the first trimester but I can’t find anything about the second. Would it cause birth defects or miscarriage if I got in since I’m in the second trimester. And can I use a heating pad??
