I can’t see color in the picture, but I know that pictures can be deceiving. If you see pink in the line then yes it would be positive. If it’s more gray, I’d retest

Looks promising. Hcg doubles every 48-72 hrs. So if yiu any to see if that line gets darker, test again around that time.
