Will you transition to foward facing at 2?

My carseat goes up to 50lbs for rear facing so I will do it when he hits 50lbs.

I plan to go by weight/height according to our car seat.. not by age

I kept my 4 year old RF until she was over 3. My extremely petite 6 year old should still be rear racing but we switched her forward before she started kindergarten in the fall. My June baby will stay RF for a while. His weight limit is 50 pounds RF for his seat.

I’ll do it when mine is 40 lbs, per the limit of the car seat.

Can't remember off the top of my head what the specifications are on our carseat but presumably she will be rear facing until she can't be.

We forward faced my oldest when she turned 2 but she also hit the height requirement and is just a few pounds shy of the weight requirement currently so we felt fine doing it. Isley however is so small so we have no plans to switch her for a long time.

I’ll stick with the weight limit, mine goes up to 50 pounds so when Alec hits that I’ll switch him to forward facing 💗

I wont switch untill he maxes out the weight or height limits for rear facing, which he is no where near.
