So I took Letrozole 5 mg from CD 5-9. I had two dominant follicles one 18 mm and one 22mm. It was confirmed I ovulated from both ovaries! Omg this is crazy! Currently 2 DPO. Have progresterone test next week. Anyone in the same cycle??
