Energy
So besides caffeine what do y'all take for energy? I eat pretty good and drink plenty water and go to the gym. I've never been this lazy in my life. I did go through a time where the moment I got off work I would go crawl in the fetal position and stay there until the next morning which my husband thought was depression bc all I did was sleep and cry when I was home but I'm not going to say I have anything I haven't gone to get professionally diagnosed for. Well I didn't work for a year and now that I'm working again I work overnights and one short day shift during the week and I notice now still all I want to do is sleep. I don't have drive for anything else. I'm having to force myself to keep my house somewhat clean and going to the gym is nice but I'd rather still be in bed mentally.... In my head I do want to be more active and social but I'm just not... Any ideas of something to boost my energy and drive?
