Can implantation cramps get worse with movement? I’m 4 weeks and was supposed to start my period around this time. I have cramps that are similar to my period (not that painful, but definitely uncomfortable) I feel like the cramps get worse sometimes when I stand up? Or move around too much? Idk maybe I’m paranoid. I’ve miscarried before and idk if cramping is normal? They also make me feel like I have to use the bathroom, kinda like when you’re on your period.
