Trying for a baby

Ok so I have had one chemical pregnancy and AF showed for last month's one we've been trying to conceive since mid last year and now I'm getting a bit worried I understand people have tried for longer but did it help you when you use ovulation kits? I haven't done that yet only just followed my cycle which is quite accurate

and any other ways that could help? Ta x
