Helppppp BC pills

As you can see you can tell how long ive been on the pill, just started my 3rd pack. But i missed a placebo pill(purple circle) and missed the red circle(first week of new pack), the blue circle is the day i reliezed i missed 2 days so i only took the red circle pill and the green one together to "catch up" since the placebo didn't really matter.... right? So i didn't take the placebo pill(purple circle).... Did i screw up doing that? I'm really having regrets and idk if i should of taking all 3 together. Please any opinions would be appreciated!!! Also white circle is the one i took tonight since I'm all caught up.
