Hi guys! what are the things you are experiencing a week before your period?

Answer

Honestly I’m expecting: cramping or sore nipples 98% of the time. It’s very rare I go with out one or the other a week before. Accompanied with a high sex drive and horrible tiredness 24/7 with a mood shower of: 1. mild anger 2. Depression.
For this preparations must be made: vanilla wayers, Mozzi sticks, or pizza rolls. After that I get Advil, and a bunch of water or tea.
