Hand pain since giving birth?
This is an unusual question, but has anyone else had hand pain since giving birth? I go to sleep holding my son and wake up with my hands feeling stiff and almost a cramp-like pain. I’m planning on asking my doctor about it, but just wanted to hear if anyone else has experienced something similar. I wonder if it’s from how I hold my son during feedings or if I’m just really tense?
