I'm 16 weeks and that was one of my first signs. I just assumed it was ad coming but it wasn't! And just found out I'm having a baby boy!!

I finished my first round of Clomid like two weeks ago and my breasts and nipples have been hurting and sore so bad. And that never happens for me. So I thought it was going to be an early pregnancy sign for me as well. But apparently it wasn't because my lab work says I didn't ovulate. I would've sworn I was pregnant though. Still haven't gotten my period. AF was due 11/27. Anyways your sore breasts may be a side effect of Clomid. Good luck!
