Crazy way to wake up

I’m trying to get back to sleep but my 3 month old woke me up with the craziest cry ever. It was like a screeching cry. It scared the cramp out of me I’ve never moved so fast in my life. As soon as I picked him up he was completely fine. I laid him back down and he went rite back to sleep. But I did have a anxiety attack and almost fainted cause it scared me so bad.

I’ve deff calmed down rite after he fell back asleep. But I’m still on edge a tiny bit in trying to relax enough to sleep. I’m almost their. I’m hoping by just getting this out I’ll be able to sleep.
