Both! I work from home and watch my baby full time it’s a very hard balance but I couldn’t imagine not being at home with him :)

Both! I work 2 days a week on my husbands days off. Sahm 5 days of the week(we don’t have any childcare yet).

WFH, permanently, my mom watches my daughter in my home while I work. 
I am beyond grateful it worked out this way. Not many people get this opportunity. 
I do wish though I could be a stay at home mom. But my husband doesn't make enough for that.

Both! I run my own PR business and take care of my 8 month old full time. I try to work before she wakes up and during her nap times. It’s super hard!

Because of covid, I’m a work from home mom. But we have my mom and my MIL coming everyday to watch the baby. So I have in home daycare and get to see her at lunch which is great.

Working full time remote at home with the baby and 8th grader. Baby started daycare today. She’ll be there 2days a week. It was hard day but I was able to get so much work done and pick her up by 3:00.

I’m a SAHM But I start nursing school next week, wish me luck on baby’s transition. Mom will watch her 3 days while I’m in class and the other 2 days her dad will have her
