EDIT: I took a test tonight and it came out negative but my ovulation tests are still positive af.... what could this mean? I have an obgyn appointment next week

I have had positive ovulation tests everyday from CD15 (1/30) so I decided to take a pregnancy test last night and this is what it looks like. I can’t tell if it’s actually positive or if it’s just a dye run. The line didn’t show up when the urine was going through, it happened around the 2 min mark
