Fighting sleep

Chelsey • We beat infertility! Valkyrie Ember 6/9/20🎀

Babe is now 8 months and for a week or so, she has increasingly expressed seperation anxiety. So much so, that she will know when I put her in her crib, she'll force herself awake and stand up crying. The kind of cry that sounds painful and unrelenting. She was doing well. Every nap and night has been in her crib up to this point. If I step back in to calm her, she will start jumping with excitement and try really hard to stay awake til she gets too sleepy and the process starts again. Ive had to start waiting her out cuz me going in was not helping. Anyone else notice this sudden change?

Also, idk if it's normal, but shes developed a head shake. At times (sleepy or not) she will wobble her head. We joke that her head is falling off, but it is strange. She has impeccable balance so not sure if it's an inner ear thing. Or maybe just a new movement shes learned.
