I know it says your not allowed to put a baby in stroller due to head control but why not? When i had my twins 15 years ago I always used my stroller with them. Things have def changed. And she loves it 🥰

You’re allowed to put them in strollers, just not umbrella strollers when they’re that young. 
Without head control, if they’re sitting directly upright, their head may lean forward blocking off their airway.

Because their little heads can flip forward and cut off their air supply. 
It’s why you don’t allow a baby to sleep in a car seat - especially when their noses are stopped up. 
Use what is recommended for their age. Tons of research out there to support it.

Mine have been in the stroller starting at a few days. They sell newborn inserts to go with them so 🤷‍♀️. I don’t think it is a blanket statement.

You can put a baby in stroller, no problem. But not for long time. Or at least be aware of the risks that might arize. The sitting position there is unstable and forced (because they don't reccomend putting a baby in there when baby can not sit on its own). It might not do anything bf. But it also can make his core muscles develpe differently and it can cause problems later in life as in form of crooced spine (scoliosis). Well. And usually babies don't want to be up long also, they want to sleep. So it is not good to sleep crooked also. Can be fixed with physiotherapy early on. So if you go to baby excersise classes anyway then probably won't be a long lasting problem. 
I have a stroller that goes flat. And we also have a cot/bassinet (don't know what is it in english) for out stroller, so I personally use that. My son loves sleeping on walks outside.
