Short cervix with 2nd baby??

Those of you that had incompetent cervix with your first pregnancy when was it diagnosed and did it reoccur with your second pregnancy?
I was diagnosed with short cervix and dilated to 1cm at 27 weeks with my first son and continued to dilate slowly until I had him at 35 weeks.
Currently just about 27 weeks with my second and everything is still okay! Just wondering if anyone else had it with multiple pregnancies or was it a one-off?
