Regulate periods?

Has anyone tried somethings thats regulated their periods? I am ttc and My cycles are 80+ I am currently taking myo-inositol and still waiting for it to regulate mines but am will to try anything new if it helps?

I never managed to regulate my periods but I've learned dont always need a period to ovulate. I was over 100 days no period when i ovulated n got pregnant

Metformin helped regulate my cycles from 23-60. To 28-30 ovulation 13-16. Have you been tested for pcos? I’ve had it for many years but just started treatment for it.

Have you spoke with your doctor about your cycles? Asked for basic testing? If your not getting a period regular every cycle it’s due to ovulation issues.

Have you been tested for pcos or had your thyroid tested? I have pcos and have been taking metformin to try and regulate my cycles as mine have been 60 days. I also have hypothyroidism so taking medication for that too! Your doctor should be able to help you ☺️
