What should I expect being that I found out so early

Called my dr and they want to wait until a missed period although I have two positive test it just concerns me now.

I actually called on the same day (3+1) and they scheduled me a phone appointment for 6 weeks and in office visit for 10 weeks

I called the same day I got my positive test, 6 days before my missed period 😬 I was 3w4d! They scheduled me around 5 weeks or so to see my Dr to confirm everything. It was a very straightforward appointment! No tests other than urine.

Are you absolutely certain that your period last month was actually a full period? Was it heavy and lasted 5 days etc like usual, or lighter?

I also found out at 3+1! When I called they did end up scheduling me the next available appointment, which happen to be at 4 weeks. It was just a lot of talking, pelvic exam, Pap smear, and blood work (not HCG). 
I had my first scan at 6 weeks, because I did end up requesting my HCG levels be checked due to spotting, and they were high enough that we were able to see baby! After then it’s been the normal appointments. 12 weeks. 20 weeks.

It’s totally normal for doctors to want you to wait until you miss your period. I had my first ultrasound at 8 weeks and I’ve been told that’s pretty standard

Tell your doctor so they can advise. Usually they do not do much this early. But you can try to get an early ultrasound at 7 weeks to hear baby heartbeat :)
