Advice please!!

Me and my husband have been trying for 4 years for our first baby we went to two fertility doctors that ran test like an HSG to test my tubes, genetic testing, lab work, ultrasounds and did a sperm analysis on my husband and everything came out perfect. They diagnosed us with unexplained infertility. We can’t afford

IVF

or

IUI

and been trying natural and still nothing. We even went on a diet, exercise, and take vitamins and OPKs Still no luck.. any advice, I’m trying not to give up and call it quits, don’t know what Gods plan for us is.. 😭😭😭
