Essential Oils for Nausea?

Hi ladies,

Is anyone using essential oils to effectively combat nausea? I'm not a big essential oil user, but I have quite a stash that I like to diffuse. I haven't touched them since EVERY SMELL started getting on my nerves, but I thought maybe there might be some good ones or combos that might help.

My mil made me a roller ball of doterra oils digest zen, ginger and peppermint and it actually helps a ton when rubbed on your stomach

I tried peppermint and lemon and they make me even more sick. Maybe they’ll work for you?
