My 13 week old exclusively breastfed baby used to poop consistently every day. The last 2 days there has been no poop but he’s been passing a lot of gas without pain. We’ve given him gas drops to try and help him get any bowel movements out but so far nothing. Still having good wet diapers throughout the day. Do y’all think he’s constipated? I read it can be normal for ebf babies but I wanted to see if it has happened to y’all. Pic just cause he’s cute!
