Baby movement at 21 weeks

Any other ladies around the 21 week mark? How much movement are you all feeling? Some days I feel little jabs, but others I feel either very light to no movement whatsoever. Is it normal for it to be that varied at this point? It’s hard not to worry on days where he’s quiet in there.
