Positive OPK countdown?

Question

So I was wondering when do I start counting the 12-36 hours after a positive opk? In this case would I start the countdown after the first positive on CD21 at 6:13PM? Or when the number is highest on CD22 at 5:30AM? I’m confused on that part.

Hello guys I’ve been mia for a while but I’m back and next month I will try again.a lot of you ladies know I had a miscarriage in December, I was having twins and it seems they stop growing at 10 weeks. I had to take a mental break but I I’ll start trying after this cycle. I hope everyone is doing well.
