A teacher that is my coworker keeps taking her mask off in the classroom what should I do?

Since school has opened she hasn’t taken the pandemic seriously. I’m an aide in her classroom so we work together daily. At the beginning of the year the students worked from home while staff video chatted from the school building. As soon as we entered the room she took off her mask because she said I didn’t look sick and it was just the two of us. I guess she thinks the students can’t hear her but they can, she wears a cloth mask. So she taught with no mask while I wore mine. Months later in Nov. covid numbers rose and her whole family caught it and her son caught pneumonia. She is better now, but it is now February and she’s still not wearing a mask. She walked into the school building after our school reopened without a mask after dropping her husband off at the hospital and tells me and the new aide that she will put it on after she signs in to work. Then she asks the other aide and I if she can remove it to teach mins later. The other aide said it was fine but 30 mins into her teaching I asked if she could put her mask on and she did. She NEVER does this when students are in the class, only when staff is around she knows kids will tell their parents but now staff has to report to their building until students return later this month. I just think it’s selfish because she is putting our health at risk and aides receive no health benefits. I wanted to mention it to the principal nicely if she could remind all staff to wear masks but my mom has told me not to say anything because aides are not part of the union and I could get fired mentioning it. I am just worried about my health/my families health what should I do?

- No she does not have any underlying health conditions because the school would allow her to work from home.

-Not going out is not an option, all staff has to report to work daily.
