For the mom that had c sections, was it something you preferred or was it a medical necessity? I am a type one diabetic, and have been told constantly how high risk I am, and how likely I am to have a still born. At my 32 week appointment I was reminded by my doctor yet again. Is it crazy after being told for my entire pregnancy this is a possibility I want a c section? My anxiety is horrible, and being terrified I’m not going to bring my baby home makes me sleep even less at night. The anxiety I have about it consumes me. My doctor wants to try for vaginal first, and then move to c section if there’s complications. I’m not sure how to explain I don’t want to wait and see if there’s complications, and how to be taken serious.
