I am currently 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant. At 6 weeks my sickness ramped up, i still haven’t been sick but just felt consciously nauseous all day and night but for the last few days i haven’t felt quite as nauseous. Which weeks was your sickness the worst and did anyone only have a short spell of it?

I still have all other symptoms: sore breasts, fatigue and indigestion/heartburn. I’ve also started grinding my teeth so my molars are so sensitive even when I drink water.
