How can I get rid of the 4:30am wake up session?
My baby is 8 weeks old. He sleeps from about 8 pm to 2am. I know he could be sleeping from 3am-630 but he still wakes up at 4-430. He's not even hungry he eats for like 5 minutes only cause I'm putting it in his face and he didn't even have a dirty diaper this time. I think it's just habit. How can I get him to get that longer second sleep stretch and eliminate the pointless 430 session?
