I have no idea what to do. I was hired on back in October. I work in sales. COVID affected the community really badly, and I was not told the truth when I was hired. I finished my training 3 weeks ago, and now my job is being threatened because upper management isn’t seeing the movement that they were expecting - and now suddenly it’s my fault. I get that it’s my job now, but I didn’t create COVID. It takes time to fix a mess this bad, it doesn’t happen over night. My boss basically told me to start looking at other options because if by the end of February we don’t have what they want, I’m going to lose my job. I have been looking and applying other places, but nothing has come of it yet. I really don’t know what to do. If I let them fire me, I’ll had a bad reputation with this company and it will hurt my resume. If I put in my two weeks, I may not have a job to fall back on yet. I’m pregnant and my insurance is through my job. I know if I get fired I can get on Medicaid, but then I will lose my awesome doctor and I don’t want that to happen. I have a mortgage to pay and bills to pay and I’m scared and don’t know what to do.
