Interesting oversupply info

Hi! I met with a LC regarding my oversupply and constant feeding and she told me something that I thought Is SO interesting.

Basically, an over supply is if we go to the store and get one gallon of milk but dilute it to two gallons. Hence why baby may be eating ALWAYS! they’re not getting the fatty milk bc there is so much other milk.

She’s gave me some ideas about making my supply more manageable- one is block feed. One breast ONLY for two hours. Use a milk collector on the other breast for a few minutes for relief or put a warm or cold compress for a minutes.

I just started so I’m not sure how quickly this works but I can update if anyone is interested
