Breast implants and pregnancy

I had breast implants in April 2019, and now I am prego again. I had a 32AA before surgery and I am now a 32DDD. My breast got to a 34C with my other pregnancies, on average. I have them under the muscle. I am wondering who else has implants and what is your experience with them through pregnancy and breast feeding. Any recommendations or bras would be amazing! I am super small around but need a larger cup size which is hard to find at times...I can’t imagine going up 4 sizes from where I am now!
