I’ve been taking a sleep aid which is essentially Benadryl every night for the past several weeks. I had a positive opk and a temp spike but since then all my temps have been on the lower end. I’m wondering if me taking this med has lowered my morning bbt falsely. I am going to stop taking it and see what my temps are tomorrow to see if it’s true. My question is if it is causing my bbt to be low is it just a false low temp or is it truly effecting my chance of conception by blocking progesterone. Anyone have any input?
