Baby is ebf and last night he went a long stretch.

He fed at 6am and I know I should’ve pumped after just to make sure I got everything but I didn’t and went back to sleep😩 well now only my right boob feels very heavy and painful (mostly when I bend over)

Just under my nipple though. So not my entire boob. And it doesn’t feel like I’m engorged or anything..

I also don’t feel a lump or anything..

Anyone else experience this?
