It’s normal to experience a variety of symptoms during and after ovulation. The best time to take a test would be the day of your missed period. After you ovulate, Progesterone becomes the dominant hormone, and it will continue to rise throughout the TWW. It’s the main cause of most of our post ovulatory symptoms. Said symptoms don’t have anything to do with pregnancy just yet! I suggest using OPK’s to better pinpoint ovulation, as the app only makes estimated predictions. Good luck!
Anyone felt this before
I am one day DPO according to the app and I’m cramping, feeling nauseous and also hungry at the same time.. This is my first cycle TTC and a fist timer in all of this. Is this normal at all ?? anyone experienced this before??. I know it’s only day 1 but I’m feeling very anxious and nervous 😩. Also, when is the perfect time to test for pregnancy ??
This is all so much maybe I’m just thinking about it too much.
Thank you
