The other day I decided to dress up a little bit more than usual. I did my hair and makeup, wore a cute green dress and my favorite emerald earrings to match. At dinner that night I’d made lime jello for dessert (weird pregnancy craving lol), so I pulled it out and as my fiancé and I were eating he was like “oh, that’s cool. You matched your earrings to the jello. you look nice!” Of all the options- my eyes, my dress - nope, he noticed I matched the jello. All I said as I nodded slowly was “thanks, yeah.... That was my goal, to match the jello. ” 🤣

still impressed that he even noticed I was wearing earrings, but I keep laughing even days later that my fiancé genuinely thinks I picked my earrings to match our jello
